She graduated from Yueyang Medical School as Associate of Laboratory Science in 1999. Obtained her BBA in Economics and Administration in 2007 and MBA in 2018 from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

She worked with Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital as a Laboratorian from 1999 – 2002.

From 2007 – 2010 she worked with Beijing Aeonmed Ltd as Area Sales Manager and in 2011 – 2016 as the General Manager Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical. Mindray is one of the leading global providers of medical devices and solutions.
