Dr Maxwell Ubah

Dr Ubah, a graduate of medicine from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka, holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School.

His core competencies are in personal and organisational transformation, leadership and people development including team effectiveness, change management design and implementation, strategy formulation and execution, business acumen, organisational culture assessments and interventions, and organisational performance optimisation.

He is certified by Spencer Johnson Partners, USA to teach change management skills in Nigeria and Africa. He is also certified by Paradigm Learning, USA to teach Business Acumen, a business strategy and finance simulation and Impact-5, a leadership programme for mid to senior executives.

As a certified leadership, strategy and change management consultant, he has experience in the design and delivery of leadership, strategy, culture and change management programmes for reputable organisations in Nigeria e.g. United Bank for Africa, Zenith Bank, Addax Petroleum, PZ Cussons, Nestle Nigeria Plc, MTN Communications, Forte Oil, Lafarge WAPCO, Heirs Holdings, FBN, StanbicIBTC, Fidelity Bank, Nigerian Military, CBN, FIRS, and Fortis MFB, amongst others. He has also facilitated trainings across Africa (Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Zambia and Liberia) with a proven track record of success. He has trained thousands in the last five years as a trainer and consultant.
