Bernadette Korubo is the chief Medical Director of ST PATRICK’S Hospital, Port-Harcourt. She has a Masters in Public Health and Disaster Risk Management, PHD in View.
A Fellow of the Association of private Medical practitioners, First female recipient of Distinguished Medical Practitioners’ award in Nigeria. First female chairperson of association of private Medical practitioners Rivers State, Nigeria. Chairperson federal Government Girls college Abloma Parent Teachers Association for Nine years. State vice chairman Association of civil society Organization on Malaria Immunization and Nutrition (ACOMIN) in Rivers State. She is the Initiator and Founder of Medical Women Association Rivers State chapter, initiator/Founder Fayeberna Foundation, an NGO that caters for Orphans and Prison- inmates, Founder/Elder Christian Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria, Rivers State. Author of several books, a contributor in many journals and magazines on topical Health issues. She holds Health Talks on topical health issues for rural dwellers in the Communities and on Radio. She is a recipient of several awards. She enjoy Reading, Writing and Teaching.
